These terms of sale govern subscribing to Relisto's paid plans (Pro, Studio). By subscribing to either plan, you accept them.

These terms apply to the sale of Relisto Pro and Studio subscriptions by Julien Rousselot, sole trader (SIRET 934 525 890 00018), 39 avenue Clemenceau, 57100 Thionville, France, to any customer subscribing via relistoapp.com or the Relisto extension.
Relisto is a browser extension that automatically relists the user's own unsold Vinted listings, on their own Vinted account. The Starter plan is free. The Pro and Studio plans are paid subscriptions that raise the monthly relist allowance and the number of active closets (Vinted accounts) — full details for each plan are on relistoapp.com/pricing.
Prices shown on relistoapp.com/pricing are in euros, all taxes included. Relisto operates under the French VAT exemption threshold (Article 293 B of the French Tax Code): VAT does not apply and is not shown on invoices.
Payment is processed by our provider, Stripe; Relisto never stores your card number. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Relisto to automatically charge the subscription amount every month until cancelled. Switching between two paid plans is billed or credited immediately, prorated for the time left in the current period.
The subscription is monthly, with no fixed commitment, and renews automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect immediately and reverts the account to the free Starter plan. No prorated refund is issued for the period already underway.
Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to a service that has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where performance began with the consumer's prior express agreement. Activating a paid plan constitutes a request for immediate performance of the service.
Relisto interacts with Vinted using your own browser session. Vinted's own terms of service prohibit automated access; using Relisto is entirely at your own risk, on your own Vinted account. Relisto is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Vinted.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action; failing agreement, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
